Migration: Solution or Problem? Since the time of daily pay-history, when the man did not have notion of its intelligence it already migrava to the search of one better feeding and adaptation. With passing of the time, this factor was if becoming alarming, frightful and preoccupying. In accordance with White (1999, P. 46): The man is a different alive being. He obtains to live in any of environments inhabited for the other species; not depending on innate, hereditary adaptations, but he is capable to adjust itself spontaneously, using artificial resources, as synthetic houses, clothes, instruments and materials, being able to change itself of a place for another one, constructing its proper environment: cold, hot, dry, humid. In this direction, throughout all history, the migrations had been a marcante trace, them have to have with the concentrations of income, the Land and the power. The unemployment, under employment, the increasing poverty, the lack of perspectives, has produced a species of dispersion, is not only consequences, but estimated economic and social.
An initiated time the industrialization of a place, it tends to attract populations of other areas. The demographic growth, in turn, becomes this place more a market each time important for services and good of consumption, what it starts to construct a factor of attraction of productive activities. April (2002, P. 10) affirms: The Organization of United Nations (ONU) calculates that 2% of the world-wide population live far from the native country, between refugee, legal and illegal immigrants, would be in the total, 125 million people who had left the native land. However, the shrinking of the possibilities of worthy integration of the people in the society has lead to an increasing degradation, having extended the world of the clandestinizado and informal work, but the desire to leave, to change this situation is strong in the way it people, growing the preconception and the rejection against the migrante.
